Within these layers live different parts of us — protective, caring, or wounded — each with its own story and purpose.
Like concentric circles, these parts are interconnected, continually shaping how we relate to our inner world and the world around us.
Cultivating awareness of these inner experiences fosters clarity, self-understanding, and emotional balance — supporting greater confidence, resilience, and connection in everyday life.
