Growth unfolds quietly — through awareness, reflection, and connection.
Therapy
While trained in CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based approaches, I am particularly drawn to EMDR and IFS.
My experience spans anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, disordered eating, relationship difficulties, trichotillomania, and adjustment challenges.
Each presentation is unique, but the common thread is helping people deepen their understanding of themselves with compassion and insight.
I see individuals aged 18 years and older.
Neurodiversity Assessment
Assessment can be an empowering way to make sense of your experiences and to recognise your unique strengths, preferences, challenges, and ways of being in the world. The process often brings clarity and fosters deeper insight.
I offer affirming assessments for autism and ADHD, grounded in curiosity, respect, and collaboration — ensuring you feel heard and supported throughout.
There is often a waitlist for assessment. If you’re seeking an earlier option, I’m connected with a trusted network of psychologists who share a neuroaffirming approach, and I can recommend them with confidence.
Group Therapy
I have supported many neurodivergent clients, and a recurring theme has been the lack of opportunities for genuine connection in group settings.
I’ve facilitated supportive spaces where neurodivergent individuals can share their experiences and ideas, creating an environment of mutual learning and empowerment.
If you are aged 16–25 and would like to connect with other neurodivergent peers in a safe, supportive space, please send me an email. Groups usually run for 5–8 sessions and typically attract a Medicare rebate.
Supervision
I am a board-approved supervisor with AHPRA and endorsed in the area of Clinical Psychology. I offer supportive and collaborative supervision, with a focus on complex neurodiversity assessment, therapeutic interventions, and report writing.
I also provide space for broader professional development — including clinical reasoning, ethical decision-making, and managing complexity.
If you’re looking for a safe, reflective space to strengthen your practice, build confidence, and continue growing as a clinician, I’d be glad to support you on that journey.
